The Free Zone Pirot, as part of the Serbian delegation at the 11th Congress of the World Organization of Free Zones held in China, had the honor of being one of 7 international free zones and institutions that signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Chinese technology parks.
The memorandum was signed on October 11, 2025 in Haikou City, Hainan Province, with four high-tech industrial parks (Haikou Jiandong New Area, Haikou Fullsing Internet Industrial Park, Hainan Resort Software Community, Overseas Returnees Town Limgshui).
Numerous contacts were established with representatives of Chinese zones and institutions with which further cooperation, exchange of experiences and investments are expected.
